I wonder how can you make people used to work synchronous (most managers, CEOs, etc..) change their mains and start to work asynchronous?
I totally support the idea “when one person is remote, the whole team is remote” and the company process should change to embrace this way of work, but it’s difficult to make this happen from bottom to top.
